Several tuning parameters are configured automatically and have been deprecated from the brighthouse.ini file. These parameters, for managing multi-core query processing, have been moved to a different system-only file.
Setting ControlMessages=4 in the brighthouse.ini will print the configuration settings to a log file.
To run the Hyperstage Configuration Manager, use the following command:
confman.sh --defaults-file=/etc/my-ib.cnf --autoconfigure=yes
In WIndows, use the following command:
Usage confman.vbs [Home Dir] [Data Dir] [System RAM] [Port]
