About Maintaining a Schedule in the Basic Scheduling Tool

As a user with the ability to access the Basic Scheduling tool or ReportCaster Advanced Scheduling tool, you can perform various maintenance functions on the schedules you are authorized to access.

Note: In addition to the options that are available in the BI Portal, as described in this section, you can invoke the scheduling tool using the following URL:

{protocol}://{host}[:{port}]/se.rc?ibfsld={Schedule-ID}

For example:
http://myhost/ibi_apps/se.rc?ibfsld=S200c3184s6b98s4345saa69s5

If you right-click a schedule in the tree, the options shown in the following image are available.

Note: The options shown are dependent on your security effective policy. For information on WebFOCUS Client security, see the WebFOCUS Security and Administration manual.
