Troubleshooting WebFOCUS and ReportCaster

Since much WebFOCUS Client processing is done through your web and application servers, their configuration is a common cause of problems. If you run into any problems, carefully review the configuration information in Configuring Web and Application Servers. You should also be aware of the trace files generated by the installation.
