The following is an upgrade consideration and product change for WebFOCUS Maintain:

New installations of the 8.1M Reporting Server, including those packaged with WebFOCUS Release 8.1 Version 03 or higher, and Developer Studio Release 8.1 Version 03 or higher, do not populate the ibisamp application folder automatically. There is a new option in the Reporting Server Web Console that you can use to create these files in the ibisamp application folder.

To use this option, launch the Reporting Server Web Console. On the Applications tab, in the Tutorials group, click Tutorials. In the Tutorials drop-down menu, select Create Legacy Sample Tables and Files, select the ibisamp application directory, and then click Create.

Note: If you cannot access the Reporting Server Web Console, contact your administrator.

Developers that want to use the Wfmstart.html launch form or the Mntivp.mnt procedure, as well as the Car, Movie, or other legacy sample data sources, must use this option if their installation is on an environment without a populated ibisamp folder from a previous release.
