The following are known issues
in WebFOCUS security:
-
Some versions
of IIS do not support the use of special characters, and if you
add them to the Name or Description field of a domain, you may generate
a Server Error in ‘/’ Application message when you run a portal
created from that domain. If you encounter this error contact customer
support.
-
The Managed Reporting
used user license count is incorrectly including users that are only
authorized to use ReportCaster Schedule-Only functionality. ReportCaster Schedule-Only
users can only create schedules, distribution lists, and access
lists. They cannot interactively run or create content within the
WebFOCUS repository Content folder path.
- The WF_Role_MRGrpAuthMgr,
WF_Role_MRNoPrivs, and WF_Role_MRSecObjMgr Permission Sets are not
fully implemented.
- Full View context
menus are not fully implemented, and certain functionality will
not work using that view, such as creating folders under the root
WebFOCUS node and other context menu functionality.
