Cluster Manager (CLM) does not have a separate installation. Instead, the Reporting Server installation is used to install a second instance of the Reporting Server, which is then enabled for CLM. Follow the documented installation instructions in the Server Installation WebFOCUS Reporting Server DataMigrator Server manual to install both the Reporting Server and CLM.
