When
using Internet Explorer® 8 and earlier, you may not be able to open
a Microsoft® Office® or PDF document when the server sends a Cache-control:no-cache or Cache-control:no-store header.
This will impact reports created from WebFOCUS with formats such
as Excel® 2007, PowerPoint®, and PDF. Internet Explorer 9 and other browsers,
such as Firefox® and Chrome™, do not have this issue.The following
