When running the sample applications, you might encounter
the following problems:
The sample
applications both create and delete scheduling objects. The first time
the samples are run, the deleted applications will generate error
messages because the objects they delete have not yet been created.
They are created during the first run of the samples. On subsequent
runs of the sample applications, the delete applications should
run without error because the objects they delete now exist.
You also might
get errors when you run the console applications. This is because the
console reports on schedules that are in the process of running
or are waiting to run. Depending on the speed and load of your ReportCaster
Distribution Server, the sample schedules may no longer be running
or on the queue when the sample applications are run, resulting
in an error. Developers should feel free to alter the sleep intervals
or substitute longer running reports if this behavior occurs.
