Cluster Manager (CLM) does not have a separate installation. Instead, the Reporting Server installation is used to install a second instance of the Reporting Server, which is then enabled for CLM. Follow the documented installation instructions in the Server Installation WebFOCUS Reporting Server DataMigrator Server Version 8 manual to install both the Reporting Server and CLM.
